Our Magical Hawaiian Paradise VILLA is furnished in a tasteful and elegant tropical island theme with Polynesian-style ceiling fans and all the amenities. Beautiful 1350 square foot (plus 208 sq. ft. Lanais) private resort home on the Golf Course with 2 MASTER BEDROOM SUITES, one with a KING-size bed, the other a QUEEN-size bed and a QUEEN sofabed in the living room. It is a single floor plan with NO steps. There are 2.5 baths, living room, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, 2 lanais, 2-car garage and great view of waterfall pond with swans, ducks and egrets. Other amenities include 2 television/VCR units, 5-CD stereo system, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2-car garage and more. It is a 5 to 10 minute Walk to Lagoon Beaches, Pool, Ihilani Spa.

There are two private lanais. The main lanai with master bedroom access and seating for 6, opens onto the only tiered pond of the world-class Ko Olina golf course. Enjoy your breakfast on the lanai while watching black swans, egrets, & wild ducks swim in the pond as crystal clear water cascades over the small falls to create a peaceful, relaxing start to your day.

You may choose to spend your days at one of the four beautiful turquoise sandy lagoons, on the Ko Olina golf course, at the adjacent Ihilani Spa, visiting the Ko Olina Marina or exploring the wonderful scenery of the island. Enjoy breath-taking sunsets by the lagoon, experience an authentic Hawaiian luau, a barbeque by the pool or a relaxing evening on your private lanai. World class restaurants and nightlife are only minutes away in Ko Olina or Honolulu.
